I have added yet another jumpsuit to my jumpsuit collection. The spandex-jersey material on this one makes it by far one of the comfiest jumpsuits that I own. I could easily confuse it with loungewear because of it’s exceptional comfort factor. Day after day, I search for more and more prints and more and more patterns of jumpsuits that I can add to my wardrobe. Obsessed is an understatement. I live in jumpsuits because they are the easiest to dress up or down. The elastic band that holds this jumpsuit together is so breathable that I could easily rock this outfit in the future when I’m pregnant (minus the belt, of course.) At first, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the print but after awhile I realized it’s okay to go with neutral colors and leave my lipstick responsible for the pop of statement color. I’ll be wearing this outfit to work then date night (and maybe even to sleep) because it’s that comfortable and movable. What I love the most about this look is my new favorite necklace that I have been eyeing for weeks. Since the moment I finally decided to purchase this jeweled beauty I have been going above and beyond to find tops and dresses that match. I think this jumpsuit was made for this necklace leaving the entire look with a tropical, summer vibe.
I have that romper madness syndrome. I can’t do summer without rompers and that’s just a fact. When the sun is blazing, the last thing I want to do is figure out a chic outfit from head to toe. I’d much rather throw on a simple romper, possibly add a belt if I’m in the mood and head out the door. This romper is the perfect summer piece you just have to add to your closet. People thought that this outfit was a top and a bottom but little did they know that I didn’t try that hard. I think that’s what rompers are all about. They give the illusion that you really care but in reality, you don’t. In fact, I’m wearing a romper as I write this post. I’m just obsessed.
These pictures are a little bright to notice the fabulous detailing of the top portion of this romper. The best way for me to describe it is like an eyelet lace type of fabric. Click the link the below to see this detailing for yourself. Beware, you might fall in love.
It’s April 1st but you won’t see me participating in any pranks or jokes. I know, I know…I am so boring. I did want to keep things bright, fun and a little unexpected with this statement neon peplum top from Tobi.com. If this doesn’t scream summer fun than I don’t know what does. I’m just ooh-ing and ahh-ing this structured silhouette to pieces. TOO PEICES! I mean, if you’re feeling like making a statement, or your stuck in a fashion rut, I strongly suggest checking out ShopTobi because their website has some really fun spring/summer items right now. I was definitely in the mood to be bold but still didn’t want to leave the house without my favorite pair of Citizens jeans. I swear these jeans have saved my life on numerous occasions. The high waisted detail makes them so versatile but more importantly, comfortable. I feel safe in them. I hope that makes some sort of sense and if it does you should buy yourself some higher waisted skinny jeans because they are life changing and go with absolutely everything. I only love these jeans when I’m not glued to my boyfriend jeans of course. I always recommend this style to women who are bored of the same old same old low rise straight leg jean. Those are like so five years ago.
P.S. My last blog post received so much love and encouragement and I just wanted everyone who sent uplifting emails to know that I read every word and I really appreciate it. With that being said, I received a few rude and hateful messages from my last blog post which have since been deleted. I’m letting you all know right now that my blog is a place of positivity and love. I want you all to come here looking for inspiration without judgement. Please don’t come to page to take your anger or frustrations out on me. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it all. Got it? Good.
