I recently became a huge fan wide leg jumpsuits. You will not understand the comfort until you try one on for yourself. I cannot get enough of jumpsuits but I’m sure you already knew that if you’ve been a fan of my blog for awhile. I think the wide leg version just stole my heart. I’ve been eyeing this pinstripe beauty for awhile now. I saw my exact size at the Anthropologie in Rockefeller Center and I panicked because I never thought I would be so lucky. I can easily carry this suit into the colder months with a long sleeve underneath or belted with a cardigan.
If you’re loving this statement piece almost as much as I do, you’re in luck. This guy just went on sale! Grab your size before they run out!
Hello my loves, I’m writing to you at midnight and I have a very busy day tomorrow so I’m going to make this short and sweet. This isn’t like me to be a busy bee but I feel like I haven’t stopped to breathe for a long time. I had such an amazing weekend because my parents came to visit. We ate out a lot and just enjoyed each others company. Another reason why this past weekend was one for the books was because my boyfriend/photographer, Wyatt, entered into a mens physique competition here in Denver and he won First place! Yes! First place. After weeks and weeks of preparing for this competition, eating nothing but chicken and asparagus, sacrificing sweets and going out, I could not be more proud of him for succeeding. He deserved it and I can’t wait for Nationals!
I shouldn’t take all the credit for this outfit because it was definitely inspired by “The Showroom” blog. I have to give credit where credit is due. She is one of my fashion blogger icons at the moment. I saw this fun food printed top on her and just had to buy it because I love the way she styled them with these brick colored shorts. I just adore this fun and daring outfit.
Okay, I don’t think I’m making a whole lot of sense. I’m so tired, I can’t even type. I’m going to watch Netflix until I fall asleep. Until next time my friends.
Graphic tees are one of the funnest things to style, in my opinion. They bring such spunk and voice to your wardrobe. I have so many graphic tees stored away in my closet and once in awhile I’ll bring them out when I’m feeling edgy. Since I have so many tees, I’m never really on a search for more until I saw this “Local Legend” one. I have no idea what made me want this crop top so much but I would spend hours just thinking about how I just had to have it in my life. I don’t even know if Local Legend is a band name but I had to buy it because it does have somewhat truth in my life. Every single time I go back to my home town I get so much love to my blog everywhere I go, from family, ex co-workers, old friends, but mostly strangers. It’s so much fun. I’m not a legend in no way, shape or form, but I like to pretend I am. A fashion legend.
The thing I love about graphic tees is that they can be paired with just about anything. I love rocking them with a leather jacket because those two are a match made in heaven. I wore my olive/brown shorts for comfort and my favorite Zara heels to keep things elevated. You will definitely see this crop top in the near future. I want to wear it all the time because the material just might be the softest material of all time. (I’m so dramatic.)
See ya later my local legends. Bring out your graphic tees today, they need love too.
I could not, for the life of me, come up with a title for this post so I decided to just go with something overly obnoxious. What’s the point in being subtle anymore. I want to catch my readers attention and I hope I achieved that. HA! Okay ladies, its officially that time of the year for summer shorts. I will admit, I’d much rather wear a dress over shorts but I found the comfiest salmon colored pair that go with literally everything. I just had to purchase them because of the tie-waisted detail. We all know I love a knot. I’m very tempted to buy them in olive and black as well. I already know they will be my summer “go to” shorts. This phrase is so overused but it’s so true: You can really dress them up AND dress them down. In today’s post I wanted to show you how easy it is to elevate a pair of casual shorts. Simply add a colorful, powerful top and statement heels. Bad-a-bing.
It feels so invigorating to be a splash of color amongst a world of black and white. As we were taking pictures, I took a look around me and noticed everyone wearing no color. Again, wear what you’re comfortable with but never be afraid to step out of that box. It’s feels amazing to embrace all the colors in the rainbow. I felt like a ray of sunshine in the center of downtown Denver.
Butterfly sleeves are the epitome of femininity and grace. This stand out detail transforms your dress from simple to statement. I love everything about this dress from the shade, shape, and tie-waist detailing. I can’t imagine going on a day-date or luncheon without this beauty. I would’ve purchased this dress regardless of the color but this salmon shade is everything that I love. I’ve stepped out of my obsession with Indigo for only a moment and have bought nothing but salmon colored pieces. I think this color is slowly turning into my summer “go-to” shade. I know I will be able to rock this salmon shade now that I’m pale but also when I start getting some color in the upcoming summer months. The light weight material makes it a lot easier to wear on those extremely hot days. Seriously, you can see it for your yourself just how beautiful this dress is. I don’t need to say much else about it. I’ll let the affordable price and pictures do all the talking. Hurry and buy this dress before it sells out! (Link Below)
